Ann Marie Glazer

| Ann Marie possesses 10+ years of experience in the professional search and real estate industry. She has built and sold businesses in the southeast and has more recently focused on building local partnerships, promoting corporate responsibility and managing community relations. She is an active member of the Junior League of Fort Lauderdale. In her spare time, she enjoys crafts and spending time with her husband and two sons, Coleman and Cooper. Ann Marie is a graduate of the College of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina.

Jeff Glazer

| Jeff began his career with nationally recognized technology search firms in Boston and Phoenix. He relocated to South Florida in 1998 and has built and managed two successful search operations. Jeff oversees corporate administration in addition to the technology services practice. He possesses extensive experience in successfully aligning external staff augmentation organizations to that of global Fortune 500 clients. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, Coleman and Cooper. Jeff is a graduate of Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona.

Juan Gaitan

| Juan began his career with FedEx Corporation throughout the acquisition and integration of the Kinko's brand. He spent the early part of his professional services career with a Fort Lauderdale based executive search firm completing projects throughout North America in retail, hospitality and finance. He joined A Prime Solution in June of 2006 and has managed successful initiatives including the deployment of operational platforms for client services, marketing and shared services support across a multi- brand professional services firm. He serves as the Managing Director for Latin America and the Executive Search & Advisory practice in addition to responsibilities for business strategy, brand transformation, organizational development/effectiveness and strategic partnerships. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

| Oz began his career with Tyco International as a Project liaison in the North American IT organization. He acquired a passion for working with people after realizing the value of communication within a complex, global organization. He joined A Prime Solution as a consultant in April of 2007 and has successfully placed HR, Marketing, Finance and IT leadership professionals in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Oz was promoted in August 2009 to oversee the development and implementation of an organizational effectiveness, training and sourcing program across 3 diverse business lines. His experience has varied in the Healthcare, Security, Agriculture, Hospitality and CPG sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona.
