The Recruiting Process
The recruiting process begins with you, the candidate when you submit your
confidential resume. At A Prime Solution we promise to hold the history of your career
in the highest regard and security.
You will be matched up with a recruiter where you can begin a long lasting
relationship. He or she is a highly skilled professional who will take the time to
learn about your technical skills and personal desires in order to find the best
opportunities for you.
The process is begun by you submitting your resume to our recruiting staff. A
recruiting expert will call you to conduct an in depth phone interview. Once it is
determined that you possess skills that are marketable to our clients, we will invite
you for an onsite interview with your recruiter if you live in an area where we have a
local office.
In this onsite consultation we will go into great detail about our company, policies,
procedures and code of conduct, and explain our cafeteria style benefits plan
available to employees, salaried or W-2 hourly. We will also discuss the client
interview process and review your resume in depth. We will obtain your written
authorization for any editing changes to your resume as well as permission to send out
your resume to our clients. We guarantee that your resume will never be sent out to a
client without your consent!
It is our intention to foster a long term relationship with you and assist you in your
career development and advancement. Your recruiter will maintain regular contact with
you whether we are able to place you at this time or not. A mutually agreed time frame
will be established from which we will periodically contact you to see how things are
going and keep you informed about new opportunities with A Prime Solution.
